We take the privacy of our users very seriously. We try to keep all your data safe and secure and we never sell your data, neither your email address, nor any information on how you use Boardle.io without your consent.

Nevertheless, we do collect certain information – as described below – and when you start using Boardle you agree to our collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  


1. Information we collect

When signing up for the service on the Boardle.io website, we ask you to provide your email address. We may collect information about how and when you use Boardle.io.

Navigation data
This information include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and the actions taken by you within the application. Like most websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website.  

Profile data
When you edit you profil and board, this informations can include first name, last name, job, conpany, backgroup experience. You can chosee at anytime to make your profil public or private.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
- To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)  
- To create your profile page and present your board

The site allows members to publish the following content: profile and board.

The member remains the owner of all his intellectual property rights. In particular, the Member grants the right to use its publication on the Internet and on mobile telephone networks.

The publishing company undertakes to display the Member's name close to each use of its publication.

Any content put online by the User is his sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put online any content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.

The User's content may be removed or modified by the site at any time and for any reason, without notice.
